Products that are unopened and unused can be returned for a refund. We will NOT accept opened or used products for return. You must contact us within 7 days from the date you received the item in order to receive a refund. You are 100% responsible for the shipping costs in the event that you want to return an unopened item. Please note you may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
If you have opened the product but it is defective or damaged, please email us so we can resolve the issue for you. We will need to see pictures to verify the defect or damage. Once we have verified it is a defect or damage we will send a replacement at our expense.
